Effective October 30, 2026
Every Optimal Range product is covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the purchase date and we will refund the full purchase price.
Reply to any email we have sent you, or use the contact route shown on your Lemon Squeezy receipt, and tell us the email address used at checkout. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
A refund ends your licence to use the refunded product, and access to any delivered files for that product may be withdrawn.
